Bought a Used ThinkPad Laptop

Since my work on a laptop mostly involves connecting to other machines via remote desktop, I didn’t need a high-spec PC and a Chromebook would have been fine. However, because I couldn’t find one with a good design and high resolution, I bought a ThinkPad.

The specs are below, and using various points, the price came out to around 55,000 yen.

Since it’s used, I thought it might have signs of wear or scratches, but there were no problems at all, which is great. The battery is also working fine so far.

Complaints that come to mind so far

There are no Pause and App keys. I used the Pause key as a shortcut to open system settings. Also, I used the App key to open pop-up menus, so it’s inconvenient without it.
The PageUp and PageDown keys are right next to the arrow keys on the keyboard, so I often press them by mistake. This might just take some getting used to.
