This is the configuration procedure for Windows 11.
- Open Control Panel
- Select Power Options
- Click “Choose what the power buttons do”
- Click “Change settings that are currently unavailable”
- Uncheck “Turn on fast startup (recommended)”
- Click “Save changes”
