What is this blog about?

Hello!

Today, I’d like to talk about a somewhat simple but frequently asked question: “What is this blog about?”

As is often the case, blogs are often thought of as “a place to broadcast specialized information”. For example, “If it’s a technical blog, you should just write about technology matter-of-factly,” or “Diaries are diaries, work talk is work talk,” and they should be separated.

But if you draw the line too much like that, doesn’t it feel a bit stifling for both the writer and the reader?

On this blog, technical topics are indeed the main focus. Programming, little discoveries around development, and so on. I think people who like those kinds of topics will enjoy it.

However, that’s not all.

I also occasionally write about little realizations from daily life and my hobbies. For example, things I pondered while taking a walk, or a manga I read recently. Those kinds of things are surprisingly interesting because they might actually be helpful to someone.

Some of you might think, “Is it okay to talk about unrelated things on a tech blog?” But that’s exactly the point.

I believe that work, hobbies, and daily worries are all connected. Therefore, I write this blog within that kind of “connection” and “flow”.
